The International Harry Potter 5 trailer!

Posted in Movies, News by flutieman07 on April 22nd, 2007

The newest full trailer for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is now up!

I’ve embedded it below. It’s by far the most exciting and action-packed Harry Potter trailer I’ve ever seen!

Lots of good footage, and what looks to be one awesome final 20 minutes(I won’t write it here, but if you’ve read the book, you know what’s going on!).

Seriously….I’m freaking out right now!

::EDIT::

If you’d prefer, FirstShowing.net has a link to the new trailer, which was officially released at the AOL UK page earlier today.

I could probably watch this 100 times and still enjoy it over and over again….

Indiana Jones Trailer coming this Thanksgiving

Posted in Movies, News by flutieman07 on April 5th, 2007

Tip from my morning reads talks about an article in the USA Today.

It’s nice to hear that filming hasn’t even started and George Lucas can guarantee us an Indiana Jones trailer for this Thanksgiving.

Honestly, I think it’s going to be surreal to see what goes on in an Indiana Jones film after an 18-year break.  I grew up with an Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade VHS tape, and it’s easily one of my favorite films.  I like movies that can find the perfect mix of comedy, action and drama….Always entertaining.  I just hope this one lives up to all the hype they’re giving it, because they certainly have delayed and re-delayed enough.

Now….if only they’d get Sean Connery back on officially, because he is definitely engrained in the minds of fans as Indy’s father.

I’m looking forward to Thanksgiving even more now.

And another Die Hard trailer…This time international!

Posted in Movies, News by flutieman07 on April 4th, 2007

FirstShowing.net has an exclusive look at the international trailer for Live Free or Die Hard, which apparently still goes by Die Hard 4.0 outside of the U.S.

I liked it every bit as much as the other full trailer I posted about earlier…..I’m really excited….still!

Man….It’s going to be a good summer.

Look here for the international trailer.

Live Free or Die Hard Full Trailer Up!

Posted in News by flutieman07 on April 3rd, 2007

I’m loading this up as I type.

Yahoo! is exclusively hosting the first full trailer for Live Free or Die Hard. Considering Die Hard With A Vengeance is probably one of my favorite films of all time, I think this is a definite must-see no matter what in my eyes.

What are you waiting for?!

Go watch the trailer!

After watching, I have to say it looks like a worthy addition to the Die Hard series….hopefully it’s got some decent dialogue.  By the looks so far, there will be plenty of action.   Can’t wait!

New trailers up for summer blockbusters

Posted in Movies, News by flutieman07 on March 30th, 2007

So there are a couple of trailers online today for some of the possibly lesser-known (or ones I’m not nearly as excited about, but still want to see) blockbuster movies out this summer…well, at least one.

Ocean’s 13- I’m not as excited about this one simply because I remember not enjoying the previous one. Ocean’s Eleven is still great on repeat viewings though. I remember totally not expecting the first to be that good…..I still crack up every time Bradd Pitt pretends to be a SWAT officer.

Evan Almighty- Again, I though Bruce Almighty was just OK….Though, after watching the trailer for this follow-up, I’m thinking seeing Steve Carell’s antics will be entertaining. I saw alot of similarity to sayings and mannerisms from NBC’s The Office. I’m sure Office fans will turn out in droves to see this one.

Another new Ratatouille Trailer

Posted in Movies by flutieman07 on March 24th, 2007

There’s apparently a new trailer up for Pixar’s next movie, Ratatouille. I honestly haven’t heard a whole lot about it, and I’m trying not to set the bar too high.

I think that happened with Cars, and it was only OK….it’s still an interesting premise and seems to have alot of options as far as comedy.

Spiderman 3 Final Full Trailer Up!

Posted in Uncategorized by flutieman07 on March 23rd, 2007

There’s one final Spiderman 3 trailer up now, courtesy of Comcast.  I’ve become slightly concerned about this movie, simply based on the fact that they’ve released so much footage!  I’m worried I may have seen the best of what they’ve got so far.

The latest trailer is again Venom-centric, with glimpses at new footage.  I’m still excited, because I think I remember the same things happening before Spiderman 2, and it’s now one of my favorites of all-time.

I think it will be interesting to see where they go with the series once this one comes out.

I’m glad Transformers has been pretty good about keeping their “epic shots” unrevealed so we’ll be surprised when the movie is in theatres.

Even still, May 4th can’t come soon enough!
