Live Free or Die Hard shooting for PG-13?!

Posted in Movies, News by flutieman07 on May 2nd, 2007

I hadn’t seen much with regards to the rating of the latest entry into the Die Hard series, but it seems a new interview with Bruce Willis has revealed the studio is shooting for a PG-13 as opposed to an R-rating.

FirstShowing.net has up a summary of an article that was posted about at Ain’t It Cool, and I think Bruce Willis, along with everyone else, has valid points that the movie should be rated R.

They mention 300, which pulled a hard R rating, and it was a mega-hit.  I really hope Fox gets a little smarter and starts realizing what the fans want to see.  My expectations just lowered slightly…..Check out the commentary at FirstShowing.net and Ain’t It Cool.

It should definitely be an ‘R’ film. It just wouldn’t be the same movie if they edited it for a PG-13 rating.

Agreed….I’ll still see it, but right now I’m kind of disappointed.
