Transformers Release Date Moved Up!
So I just read some good news…the wait for Transformers will be just a little bit shorter.
The studio has decided to release the movie on July 3rd instead of on July 4th. Honestly, I’m getting more and more psyched for this one. After all the disappointments thus far, Transformers sounds like a sure-fire hit in my book. I’m glad Michael Bay has yet another summer blockbuster coming out.
I’ve already started collecting some of the toys and stuff, and every time I see the trailers, I realize that Transformers is going to be one cool movie…..
Just over a month to go!
Transformers Collector Items
So June 2nd is the day I’ll probably see a great deal of my money go towards (or start to at least) all the cool Transformers toys coming out.
There’s some really nifty looking ones, and I’ve heard of this really fancy Bumblebee transformer that’s like a foot and a half tall….So far I’ve gotten a few of the smaller ones, but they are really tough to transform….I’m surprised kids would be able to even use them. Either that, or I’m just getting too old…lol.
What’s up with FOX?
I’m starting to think 20th Century Fox is dropping the ball when it comes to the standards they use with their movies. Well, at least the latest Die Hard entry.
Apparently they’ve prohibited the press from asking Bruce Willis or having him talk about any of the previous three Die Hard films. Honestly, it doesn’t make sense. What will they have to talk about if he can’t discuss the previous movies that lead to the latest sequel?
Honestly, the bar is really lowered for Live Free or Die Hard…first they get a PG-13 rating….now this…..I can only hope this one exceeds my expectations….I’m just a little worried.

Indy 4 starts filming…tomorrow.
Never thought the day would arrive, but production is finally set to being on Indiana Jones 4….
Honestly, the moment I see this trailer, I think I might actually cheer. It’s going to be so weird to see Harrison Ford back up on the big screen as Dr. Jones…
Plus, this’ll be the first time I actually get to see one of the movies in a theatre….hopefully they’ll have one of those all-day marathon events….I’d totally go.

More Joker stuff…
There’s another article up from last night/today that mentions how The Dark Knight is going to be partially shot in IMAX format, which is rarely ever done apparently.
The highlight of the article isn’t the fact that it’s going to be in IMAX, but there’s a couple of cool photos from the movie….One looks to be straight out of the film, and the other is a behind the scenes look at the reveal of the Joker, this time in full Joker-garb…not the disturbing scar-faced photo from last week.
Looks interesting…Check it out at ComingSoon.net.

The day has finally arrived…
Seems like I’ve been counting down to tonight’s Lost finale for months…at least since I heard about this “game-changing” cliffhanger, which is now a common term thrown around in all the magazines.
I’m excited to see what they’ve got up their sleeves, because if they over-promise and under-deliver, similar to what they did last year (which was good, don’t get me wrong, but was way overhyped), I’ll be angry.
I think I’ve prepared myself by lowering the bar just a little (not much!), but after this week’s boring 24 finale, I need a boost. Heroes was good, not great, so I’m not riding super high right now.
Hopefully that changes this evening.
The First Photo of The Joker!
It’ll be cool to see how this picture translates into the movie. I’ll reserve any major judgement until I see scenes with Ledger in them…
But this latest, and official, photo of the Joker has me excited for the next Batman movie!

Transformers Final Trailer!
The final trailer is up for Transformers, and it’s a good one! I’m not really disappointed by the Optimus mouth anymore….
This movie looks great…I’ll be glad to rub it in how good it is to all the fanboys who are still mad about Michael Bay…..

New Transformers TV spot!
Here’s a new TV spot for Transformers….Apparently a new trailer is on the way today as well…..
The Best Sequels of all time
